What is all the fuss about ?

1. I also don´t think he should be punished like that because Bor killed all those Dark Elves, almost all of them.(Just like Loki nearly all Jotuns) and Odin himself is not better, he killed thousands of Jotuns - someone pointed out they did that to defend themselves or other realms - but the point is Odin and his line didn´t get these realms in peace and they need violence to maintain this peace - see the dark world. And in the point of view by the Jotun´s or the dark elves the Asir are the bad guys. They terrorized them for thousands of years.
So No I don´t see Loki in the wrong here - this is what he das been thaught. He is a God and a Jotun. Humans are really no match for him - and they need a Leader, so he is going to be that Leader.
And if we are true to ourselfs we want someone to lead us - someone who has answers and who gives us purpose and guidance.

And for my money Loki is the most human under all the nordic gods.
He lies. Deceives. He is cruel and without mercy.
But he has the ambition to do great things. To give joy and laughter. He is the nature of all things.
Just like any human - we can be monstrous and evil - but we can also show great sense of empathy and do really good and wonderful things.

Loki is me. I am Loki - and either you want it or not you´re also Loki.

The second screening was even more intense, people may say it´s because your a Fan of Tom but it´s not, of cause I am crying my eyes out at the scenes of him, but I also cried because of Aufidius, Menenius, Virgilia, and I was not alone. I took my Mum watched the Ralph Fiennes Film with her and read her the Shakespeare play - because she has never learned English but I wanted her to have the expierience what a real Shakespeare Play feels like. Cause we saw Richard III the other time and it was horrible - really really bad - and I could feel her being shaken ... saw how her hand went to her face to get the tears away.

It is indeed tragic - and frustrating at times - and you just ask yourself why did he have to do that ? Why indeed ? The first time he is innocent, yes and banished but in the scond term he is indeed a traitor. But still I wouldn´t have let him die like that - he is a warrior "like a dragon" and then he lets himself get hanged up and his throat cut ? It´s a nice gruesome picture I get it but it doesn´t fit the Character. Well at least not for me.

But aside from that, everything and everyone was just amazing, and I really liked what they did with the Stage and the Music. I loved it - and if it ever be shown in my Area again - I´ll see it again.
