Acting
This is ridiculus. I just read some comments about Tom, and those are just plain dumb. No offense, but are you seriously saying you´ll loose your respect because an actor could play a pornstar ?
This is acting - he acts ... it´s not like he is really having sex before a camera and even when he was ... what right do you have to judge upon people who are working in the porn industry ? They´re also people with their own problems and issues and feelings. This is rude beyond measure.
And then loosing your respect because he plays in High Rise ... just how old are you ? I want him to play all kinds of persons - killers, molesters, masochists and sadists - I want him to explore all kinds of psychological aspects of the human nature. I believe in him as an actor to be just as good as Robert De Niro - for example Woodsman with Kevin Bacon as a child molester ... was really brilliantly made with a really difficult theme - so you would see it if he'd play something like that ?
Well ... more for me then. And I´m so freaking excited about High Rise ♥ it's really on the same level as 'Clockwork Orange' and I loved that one in all his ugliness. Because those pictures really stuck in my head. And they´re not afraid of showing the beastly side of the human nature.
I seriously think he´ll become one of the greatest Actors of my time.
